Refund policy

We offer a strict 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To maintain absolute hygiene and product integrity for personal care items like fragrances, returns will only be evaluated under precise conditions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be in the exact condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and completely untested.

  • The item must be in its original brand packaging, with all protective plastic cellophane wraps, outer boxes, and security seals entirely intact.

  • You will also need to provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase from luxury Store.

DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at luxurystore011@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. You must provide an unedited unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement at zero additional cost to you.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via secure Bank Transfer or UPI once banking details are provided by the customer.
